The 2024 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival presented by Shell will take place on April 26 – 28 and May 2 – 5, 2024. The mission of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Foundation is to promote, preserve, perpetuate and encourage the music, arts, culture and heritage of communities in Louisiana. Each year, approximately 85% of the acts selected to perform are Louisiana-based musicians.

The application season for performers to apply online is: July 1 – October 1, 2023
