Tickets can be purchased in person at the Jazz Fest ticket office located at the New Orleans Arena Box Office or the Louisiana Superdome Box Office (Gate A, Ground Level). All Jazz Fest tickets are subject to additional service fees and handling charges.

| All VIP packages that do not include parking not delivered as of Wednesday, April 21st will be held at VIP Ticket will-call booth located at the Sauvage Street Pedestrian Entrance. Those VIP tickets with parking included will be held at the Trafalgar Street parking entrance or patrons may contact the Festival to arrange alternative delivery. If VIP patrons plan to ride Jazz Fest Express, please notify the Festival so that the package may be held at the shuttle bus lot. |

Jazz Fest attendees have the opportunity to view all the action at the Acura Stage in an exclusive environment. The Krewe of Jazz Fest area features covered high-end folding seats along with private upscale restroom facilities and a dedicated beverage concession area.
