Code must then be dropped into specific page with id of gallery as such (Example April 27 2012) – GO HERE
Worth noting: Bulk imports of images will not create thumbnail images. Once the gallery images are imported you can click on the row header ‘ID’ check box to select all & then go to ‘create new thumbnail images’ in the dropdown & apply. Annoying 😉
Multimedia Video Gallery
Nothing to do – it pulls from youtube via the jazzfest account name – you can see the code & layout here – GO HERE
Worth noting – it seems to take a bit to propagate an addition – a couple hours it seems?
Currently text in a post moved over from old site in page… GO HERE
BUT – not sure if you want to have someone move them over using this plugin in the future? GO HERE
Any a href tag with a class of ‘buttonX’ or ‘buttonY’ will style as a button.
The homepage ‘News’ & ‘Press Release’ are currently the ONLY public post categories. We do, however, use hidden categories for various sections. To create a hidden category do the following.
1) Create a new category
2) find the ID of the category (usually in the URL when editing the category)
3) Go to appearance>widgets and look in the right column of the page for ‘single post sidebar’. Expand it.
4) Expand ‘Easy Category Management’ widget & place a comma and then the category ID next to current ID #’s in the ‘Categories to Hide’ text area.
5) Test it – go here and make sure it does not appear on the right under news & press release
