Wanda Rouzan! what a sweetheart, and what a great ambassador for the city. She went from misty-eyed to keeping-it-real hard-core survivor in a 15-minute conversation over lunch at a picnic table during the fest in 2006... a phenomenon we'd see repeated again & again with locals we talked to that first Fest after the storm. Thanks for sharing the pix!
