Sittin' here workin' on a Sat. night,.. which is not so bad with good wine at hand and some classic soul playin'".... Took a lil' break from chasin' the green and read the article found thanks to the link... Combo of good wine,.. soul tunes,.. and readin' good stuff comin' from Naw'lins and before I knew it I was movin' and shakin' in my chair and smilin' big........ thanx,.. I needed that....

Thanks Joe for these updates. Pride in the NOLA culture is a renewing force.
I agree with you about the music/video clips. The NYT has included multimedia (http://www.nytimes.com/pages/national/nationalspecial/index.html)since Katrina, so maybe they'll consider for the Fest. Let's start contacting Jon Pareles and other national media in preparation for April.
