2008 Official Jazz Fest Poncho??

Had a great time at Jazz Fest, but on Sunday I got soaked in the rain. I saw a few people with a nice black rain poncho that had Jazz Fest embroidered on it. The one person I talked to said they got it last year. I didn't get a chance to ask him who made it. Does anyone know who made the 2008 rain poncho? Where can I get one that's similar? TIA

It's an awesome poncho - they weren't selling them this year? I bought one last year for around $35, and I think they're the same ones used by the players in the NFL. I'll see if I can dig up the manufacturer's name...

We got them last year too. The hood thing doesnt work very well but it was way better than nothing last year. Big time weather for sure in 08

They were selling them at Fest this year too. They are blankets and ponchos in one, sold at the booths labeled Fest Blankets and Chairs.

Yes they were selling them.. they were greenish with a fest logo.. blanket/poncho/hoodie.. $35.00. One stand was very near the Gentilly entrance..

I went running to the General Store in that area for a poncho during the Sunday rain and they directed me to them.
