6:00 - 6:55 p.m. John Mooney and Bluesiana Blues Tent
John Mooney is half way through his set which runs until 5:25. Do you suppose they'll carry Johnny Winter to close out the Blues Tent?
Yes, please! Yes, please!

sounds like Rebirth is on right now.
I'm liking Lil' Buck!
I had the pleasure of catching Lil Buck and CC'Adcock at DBA Nov/Dec. Was one of the best shows I have seen in New Orleans. You guys going to the Patry are in for a treat!!!

Yes - it was aired, but later than what was on the schedule. I don't think it was the whole set, either, but it was hotter than habenero. Kermit did play with Rebirth, but didn't sing (unless it was on a part of the set that wasn't aired)
What is "bna's"? (in reply to Ohio's Post #30 here)?

Hi Charlotte - BNAs are big name acts or big national acts

Thanks, Glinda. Kind of like "tba" (tuba balancing acts?)! Actually, I'd rather hear the NOLA acts anyway - I can see James Taylor on TV. (not that I don't like him - he's great in his own way). One year that I was at Fest, he was playing at the big stage (not sure if it was the Acura stage then yet, or not), but it was raining out, and I had just finished watching a set in one of the tents. I was planning on leaving to see James Taylor's set, but I was sitting next to a sax player, I think it was Ben Ellman from Galactic (this was before I had ever even heard of Galactic) When the set we were watching finished, he recommended that I stay to watch David Murray Quartet with guest Archie Shepp - so I did. It was great advice, because it was an incredible set. (plus I stayed under the tent and didn't have to stand outside getting wet).
