It might be enough to match my normal consumption at the fest. Hope everyone has a great time. Really REALLY jealous, but am happy to miss my 10th straight for the birth of my first (he's not due until after the fest, but the flights are frequent enough back to LA).
Please eat, drink, listen, dance and sunburn for me.

My boss just returned from a conference in NOLA and brought me . . . . a praline. I'm glad to have it, I'll have a little bit of NOLA in me tonight while i wish I were at Fest with y'all.

Nothing like kids...ask me and I will tell about the last glorious 18 years. While your first one won't remember your sacrifice, you will and it will make it all the sweeter.
They grow up too fast and it is very hard to let go...at least for this momma of three.
Enjoy every moment of your baby, every poo, every night less sleep, every report card, girlfriend or boyfriend heartbreak, music choices, tantrum..this will pass too fast.
Can I still have one at 52? Slap me please did I just say that?
Seriously enjoy, keep them just close enough.... with enough rope to hang themselves for you to correct. Gods gifts they are!!!!

i'm home this weekend, but i'm enjoying a cold one in my 'Have a MightyRad Jazzfest 2007' coozie/huggie.
next weekend i'll have a cold one for you at fest, as long as its not a Lite.
