is thier a place in new orleans pre fest that you can buy tickets without getting ripped off by ticketmaster...would rather pay $45 per tix than give those b'tards a dime

There is a link about tickets somewhere here - but the short answer is that you can buy them from the ticket office at the new orleans arena. Go to the search box at the top of the page and put in tickets and arena and I think you'll get the right threat - in addition to this one.
