The original post is below of my donation, in case anybody missed.

http://www.nojazzfest.com/chat/showpost.php?p=233254&postcount=258

In addition to this, I have decided to add a bit of lagniappe in the pot so we can have a few more winners.

After the drawing of the Package ( item 98 in the raffle) , I will have raffle ticket drawer person pick another 4 names out of the hat for a $50 gift card to either iTunes or Amazon ( winners choice).

So we will have 1 package winner and 4 people who will not be quite so disappointed. And if the package winner also has his name pulled out of the hat for the gift cards, then ya'll can shame him into having them pull another name.

The lineup for Telluride does not usually come out until Mid-May, but after perusing around on the net today in various places I did find out they have Ruthie Foster, Buddy Guy, Lee Boys and Jackie Greene so far. The lineup has never disappointed in the past (http://tellurideblues.com/M4/lineup.html).

Again, this is good for 2009 or 2010 festivals. I have the tickets bought already for this year, but have no problem with somebody who would rather wait until 2010 to save up vacation time, etc. I am flexible and can get rid of the tickets without a problem.

If any questions arise, post them on here or give me a shout at mel at the musicroadman.

Buy early and often..... Personally, I tend to go for the eBay method of waiting till the last minute....

See you at the Raffle drawing.

as if anyone needed added incentive for this fest! I am with you Corona, this is a dream fest for me. Last year's line up was as good as it gets for me. I started looking at rooms months ago and they were already sold out. I have my chance in the raffle and I will also be trying to make this a reality on my own. Good luck to both of us!

And don't forget about the deluxe studio in Breckenridge for 4 nights which is, if you fly into Denver, right on the way. You don't have to stay 4 nights consecutively, you may break them up however you wish and are transferrable and do not have an expiration date :)

Sounds like the new(ish) quad above the treeline is a pretty sweet addition!!

I think it may have been said in the raffle thread or somewhere, MRM, but that is a most generous donation and you should be commended...tipping my hat to you, sir!

Yall really don't need to bid on this prize because I'm going to win it. No, really, I am. I won one of MRM's sweet prizes last year--a vip ticket on the galactic boat and that was the biggest prize i've ever won in the raffle. Actually it was my first year to win anything in the raffle. I feel a trend. I'm going to win MRM's prize again!

Thanks but certainly I am just one of many who have been generous on this raffle with the prizes donated or time spent keeping this all together.

I certainly have no talent in making handmade items like some have done ( those look really sweet) and since I have trouble finding my keys or balancing my checkbook, helping these guys keep this raffle organized would be a futile effort on my part.

This definitely is a great raffle item! MRM has outdone himself and added to all of the other great items.

However, just so all of you know, I will be winning this one! I am due. Never won in the raffle yet and being in Arizona it is meant to be because of my relatively close proximity to the great town of Telluride!

Also, I put iti in a different thread last week, but there is a great blues guitarist named Colin Lake to go see at dba next Thursday at 5 pm. The connection is that in 2007 he won the blues guitarist competition at the T-Ride Blues & Brews festival. Check him out. If you go to the dba show, find the (relatively) buzzed guy from Arizona and I will buy you a drink!
