Yeah, FestyDave did so dispell those rumors and they are no longer being bandied about on RadioMargaritaville sooooo...no Buffett, plenty of other good food though (oh I kill me :D )

Don't put it past him to show up. He sat in with Sonny Landreth at the R'n'B in December.

He's blowing off the Fest for a pizza hut?
It's our new soccer stadium. Only it's not in Dallas, it's in the suburb of Frisco. The gig is listed on their website, and they have his name spelled wrong. :)
First time in memory he's not played at our amphitheater.

Yeah, Swag he is playing Gillette as well up here in Boston (actually, Foxboro) instead of the local amphitheatre. It is coming off the heels of years of complaints about tix not being easy to get so he is playing bigger venues (at a MUCH bigger payday for JB). Other than the Fenway gig a few years back, he played every year @ Great Woods/Tweeter Center.

I'm a bit bummed. I live very near the Pizza Hut park (McKinney) and it's a good place for a concert. But... I will be in NOLA that weekend. I cought both last year but Fest trumps Jimmy at home everytime.
