It's a great story, too.

The on-line copy of Paul's story contains links to threadheads.org and the Threadhead Records site. That should help spread the word (and provide an opportunity for additional donations...)

I got the print edition of Offbeat in the mail today. It was the first time I noticed that the bold copy on the cover was a take-off on the title of the book.
Those of you involved in the marketing of these Threadhead Record projects are doing a great job.

It takes a village. And THR is truly a village.

Fantastic article!
Paul Sanchez is such a gifted songwriter, a real natural. It's a wonderful thing that he has gained so much more latitude in flexing his artistic muscle. I look forward to more from this talented person.

A great article all the way around. Alex Rawls does a nice job putting Paul's post-K sojourn through life in words. Good for Paul that he has found inspiration anew and good for all threadheads for helping him find it. I think we have yet to see the best from Mr. Sanchez.
Check out the beautiful half-page ad on p.51 for THR, showing all eight(!) CD releases as well as Paul's book. I have to say that I find this whole effort pretty amazing. We will spread the word at the FQF.

Haven't received my mail copy yet, Wynn, so I'll be on the look out for the ad. Thank you for the heads up!
I think we should write to Offbeat and give them some props and positive feedback.
Paul's story is quite an epic tale!

Yes, and I hope some of you lurkers understand that on your next trip to New Orleans you can actually afford to buy, take home and own some of that beautful stuff.
