Yowza! If that's the reduced rate, I'd love to see what the regular rate is. Lots of unique and very cool amenities, but still...

Well, if it sleeps 8-10, if you had a big group and everyone could chip in, it would be close to a bargain considering the perks, and what a great location! It would be even better if you could get some VIP passes.

I'm sure the VIP passes will be part of the deal.

If you had enough people, watching the shows on the TVs from the hot tub would be awesome!!

I hear ya Dag, but even taking that into consideration it's still a 3-bedroom place, so I'm sure the maximum occupancy numbers call for two to a bed, sharing of some bedrooms and probably one or more people sleeping on a pull out in a common area. For me, if I'm paying anything close to that much, I'm gonna want a private room.

The VIP passes certainly enhance the deal, and you're right--it would be a bargain if everyone got and used the passes for every show. Again, for my tastes, I would not want to be spending every night at Tips. Great, great place and awesome shows, but there's a lot more I want to see and do when I'm in New Orleans. If I paid that much for a pad like this, I think it would end up limiting rather than enhancing my experience, because I'd likely never make it out of that block, except to go to Fest.

Just my .02. I'm sure there are plenty of folks for whom this would indeed be the "ulimate Jazz Fest experience." It's just not mine.

I wish I rolled deep enough just to be able to consider this.

This is so far out of my range but looks sweet for sure.

I rented an apartment behind Liuzza's one year('99).That was enough of a Jazzfest experience for me.

Yes! Just think how much you'd save in cab fare!:)
And, time, too.
