Hi there.
I am an RCI member and made arrangements to go to New Orleans for Jazz Fest, but my friend broke her leg in 4 places and is hospitalized so we need to cancel our trip. But if I cancel my condo, I lose most of the cost due to the short notice. So I would rather sell it than go without her.
This is a 1 bedroom condo with kitchenette at Wyndham La Belle Maison, 2 blocks from the french quarter.

We rented for $1800 but are willing to take a loss so that we can take this trip when she is back on her feet.
I am willing to deal with individuals; and/or make contact with someone interested in this deal and then put it on Ebay so that they can see that I am a legitimate seller, and can take full advantage of Ebay and Paypal's buyer protection.
