The price for pre-order is $21, which is admittedly higher than the $15 (plus tax) you will pay if you wait until Jazzfest and buy at the Fairgrounds or at LMF. The book sells for $15, plus we are adding in costs for shipping and PayPal fees.
The advantage or pre-ordering is you will get your copy in early April.
