hey, if music can be used to purge despotic tyrants from religious sanctuaries, it can be used to clear shopping malls! Just be careful what you wish for - a local all-hours urban pancake joint we used to patronize after clubbing got tired of local hoodlums hanging around and started piping in LOUD classical music... distracting and annoying to us (rock'n'rollers) but apparently not to the new hang-arounds, the southeast asian gang members who either were immune to the music, or were raised on the stuff. What would the Manilow music attract? A whole mall full of sans-a-belt pant and tassel-shoe wearing nifty fifties would be cause for concern!

I've heard of emergency rooms using Barry's records to induce vomiting. Please tell me he's not one of the evening shows.
