my name is Barb(ara) and i'm a festaholic. *
-alias TrampKat in the Pet de Kat world.
-live in St. Louis, MO, (duh)
-with my boyfriend of 5+ years, Jim. he usually attends a weekend of jazz fest, when one of his kids aren't getting married. he has 4 great children: 15+, 19, 23, 26. we have 2 adorable dogs.
-have a great job as a systems analyst that allows me ample vacation and credit cards to pursue my addiction
-also minor addiction to major league baseball - How 'bout them Cardinals!
-like to dance and love to drink (too much).
-love good food & large portions - thus my ample size.
-think off color jokes are funny & adore puns.
-talk too much. some folks think i'm hilarious, others run when they see me.
-big flirt, but just a tease.
-just turned 48 & 4/2's.
-try to attend a few other festivals every year, including King Biscuit Blues Festival (had to miss last year). mostly Midwest fests, usually drive, often camp.
My first NO Jazz & Heritage Fest was 1990, and I haven’t missed a year since (knock wood). i do both weekends & the daze between whenever possible. i have made so many friends over the years, i allocate extra time when walking the track - might need to stop and hug. in fact, for me, the people are as important as the music. i will stay to hear Plan B band so i can hang with friends i haven’t seen in forever. i love all different kinds of music, and all different kinds of people. the best stage? the one you're at. i will skip a big name act i can see back home for a small stage that someone recommended. and i will go to a stage or a club by myself if no one else wants to. i enjoy the food at the fest, but ironically don't eat that often there. i hate to stand in line and it seems the heat kills my appetite. but not my thirst - I love beer, but cannot swallow MillerLite. maybe before i die Abita will be available at the fest.
counting the fest trips, i have visited New Orleans 30 times. i have done Halloween (pre Anne Rice), mardi gras, super sunday (mardi gras indians - not football), swampfest several times, Rams-Saints football several times, Papa Noel for a friends 50th (loved the bon fire), and New Years Eve twice. i have stayed all over the city in hotels, motels, no-tels, B&B's, rented apartments, and even camped once. i have stayed in the Quarter, the Warehouse district, the Garden district, Uptown, East NOLA, Gretna, and as of late, Metairie. i also had the privilege of staying with friends on the lake in Slidell, before Katrina reduced their homes to foundations. i love visiting this small metropolis, and have learned to embrace the good and tolerate the bad.
* do not intend to offend anyone who's recovering from an addiction. i love my sober friends, they can drive me home when i'm loaded.

Hi everyone,
Finally got round to doing this. A big thank you to those who gave detailed instructions on how to load up a pic - very much appreciated. I hope it appears next ot this message!!!
In a nutshell: I am 25 (26 in April), have travelled a lot but never to the US (sorry to repeat myself). I love music which comes out of something real if that makes sense, and am not keen on anything over-produced. I listen to blues (mainly v early - misissipi John Hurt, Lonnie, BB King and Robert Johnson), Bob Dylan (huge huge fan), Nina SImone, Johnny Cash, John COltrane, Jimi Hendrix, Elvis, Nick Drake, Van Morrison etc. Also love Beethoven, Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov, as well as the band Tool, Rage Against the Machine Ska (great to dance to!!!), Punk and soul. I do like Jazz but have not explored it properly yet; my first loves have been blues and soul but I can't wait to get dancing and drinking to some live jazz.
I live in a town called Colchester which is one hour from London by train. I work for a craft magazine. I am trying to learn to play the harmonica so would love to meet up with anyone who could pass on some tips.
That's all I can randomly think of at the mo'
See ya! xxxxxx

Hi Essex Girl, pleased you finally made the intro page. What do you think of the line-up for this year? Anyone on your must see list. You will have a blast and how can you classify Jazz anyway when there is so many different styles. It will sure be fun finding out which style you enjoy most. There is plenty to choose from.:)

Okay hi, my name is Monica and I am a 39 + 1 yr. old single mom from Tuscaloosa, AL now known as Sabanville . . .Roll Tide! Love the Crimson Tide but I love the Saints even more. Diehard from way back. I am originally from New Orleans.
I am an Administrative Assistant to the owner of an ad agency and I love my job. I have a seven yr. old chicklet who makes my life an adventure every day. I just found out this past year that she is gifted so I feel like I won the lottery there. We both love all kinds of music and dance; she takes tap and I am currently taking ballroom dance classes.
I like reading, cooking, traveling (anywhere!) and my favorite place to be is at the beach and of course, the jazzfest. I'm a big fan of the crab (Hi Mich!).
Oh. And I am a goofball. :D

I'm Jordan (40) and have been festing for 15 years straight -- first with my girlfriend (Nancy), then my wife (Nancy -- yes the same one), then my kids (Nathaniel 6 and Nola 4). Grandma Carol also joins our merry crew. We do both weekends, and can't get enough. We live in an apartment in New York City and try to see as much music here as we can. We're grazers not homesteaders and tend to stay to the local stages. Also a big fan of seeing music at night (I'd have a hard time choosing between the day and night if I had to). We do some zydeco dancing and rent a van so if you see us at a club and need a ride home, we're always happy to add passengers. I'm a seasonal poster - start around now and ramp up as the fest nears. I know a lot of you and hope to meet a bunch more of you.

Little late in doing this, but it is finally time to get back to it. My name is Brian. My friends call me Huck. It was during a long road trip down to Mardi Gras back in college that I became Huck. I used to live in Chicago on the northside, now in suburbia with my wonderful, beautiful soul of a wife Augie, as in maugie10, and three great boys. This year will be number 6 for us (I think). Can't wait to get back home! Last year, along with zydkogrl (and several other friends), we co-founded FestAid to help give back to NOLA. Check out www.FestAid.com if you want to give back to NOLA on the days in between.

Michael, newcomer to a totally new bored after a long absence. Twas a newcomer to the Fest last year, and the bug has bit again. The bored had gotten a little weird when last I visited, but I'm happy to hear familiar voices. I will turn 50 just before the Fest, so you can guess my gift to myself. I'm a reporter at a mid-sized daily, single father of a 15-year-old boy who keeps me getting up in the morning. I live a quarter-mile from the falls of the James River, and running the trails along the river with my dogs keeps the spirit light. Yes we do go to waka. Bought our tickets again this year. I hope they have resolved some of the issues from last year.
We really enjoy that festival. We take our boys, which number three now, and my parents, who help us out with kid duty during the festival. Its a win-win for everyone. Kids love to camp, we love to camp and see music, my parents love to camp and hanging out with their grandkids.

never been to Nola but you were able to snag bluedog as a handle and post the matching picture. you aint exactly a 'fest' virgin. you've been there in spirit if not in body.
may be duplicating questions - havent read all the posts. how long ya staying, general area ya staying? plans for transporation? what's on ya must do list?
by now i;m sure you;ve been to swagland - lots of good data.
my suggestions: bring twice the clothes (hot & sweaty) , three times the money, sun protection, inclement weather protection ($1 ponchos), pregnancy protection (unless you have contrary plans), sensible shoes, water. make loose plans & new friends.

Welcome Newcomer (again) from someone else in the Old Dominion. At least you live in what can be called a city. Anyway, when I make the trek to the big town sometime, I'll let you know. Sometimes I come up for zydeco dancing at the Inn of Virginia on Broad Street. Or I'd like to try the Folk Festival in the fall.

Well, having moved here from St. Louis, I am definitely in culture shock. And I agree that Richmond leaves a lot to be desired as a "big city", but it is certainly better than L'burg. It will have to do unless I make the trek to DC or Charlotte. I can't believe the amount of driving people do around here to do the simplest things that used to be down the block from me in St. Louis. Also, I hate the little DARK roads and the deer jumping out in front of me. I am definitely a city girl. Waa Waa. Having my own pity party. :(

Hello everyone! I've been lurking around on the forum for the past week and have decided that I and my two friends will fit right in! This is our first jf and we pruchased bc tickets and booked at the Hotel Monteleone.(wish i'd found this forum first) Anyway, you have provided us with much useful info. I'm sure we will have many questions between now and jf. Any help you can give us will be most appreciated! We are 3 married females having a (much deserved) girls weekend. Will be arriving on the 26th and leaving 30th. Our ages fall somewhere between the youngest and oldest threadheads. (never give too much info. I'll either be the oldest looking thirty something you've ever seen or the youngest fifty something) HA!

Welcome Bluesmama....this will be a great girls trip for your group. You'll find a great vibe at the fest and make friends both male and female. I'm pretty sure there are others at the Monteleone and they'll chime in.
Welcome also to Johne and Newcomer (again). Great to see all of you posting now.

Hey there, I'm Rae, otherwise known as justagirl or simply JAG. I've known ibjamn and her soul mate David for a few years now. I'm 31, perpetually single, living in the Irish Channel of New Orleans, and loving life. No kids, 2 mutts, Charlie (aka, the old man) and Cody (aka, sh*thead). I'm from Maine, but moved to LA after highschool, went to LSU then to New Orleans after graduation.
If anyone has a good looking, fun, single brother (or whatever) I should meet, let me know! LOL
Looking forward to chatting here with ya'll and meeting up at the fest. I plan on being there the first weekend, but we'll see what the bosses have to say about that....

Hi all. I was registered last year as "Iowa". For some reason I couldn't get that username to work anymore......so I registered again. We will be coming the first weekend. This will be my fourth Fest....the third time for my wife. We will be staying at the Chateau Lemoyne. I see from reading another thread that a few others from this board will be staying there as well. We look forward to meeting you!

HEY RAE!!!! (can't believe you used your name!!!!) Everybody, Rae is my very good friend, in fact we hooked up with her last night at Krewe Du Vieux. She's lots of fun to hang out with and knows every bartender in town! Just jump in & start posting anywhere, chica, you're gonna love it over here!!
She was visiting in Maine & we were in NH in August 2005. She drove down and we all watch the thing hitting together at my in-laws house. I remember sitting in front of cnn for hours just drinking wine and searching for our houses on tv. I think my motherinlaw brought us food every now & then...
WELCOME JAG!!!! :)

Yogi's a real mellow sweetie. The biggest boy in the litter - they had called him Url(acher). Now I'm busy trying to paper-train, since its 25 below wind chill outside & he won't go there. Can ya blame him?

Two breeders in Australia set out to create a breed to be service dogs for the dog-allergic disabled. They have bred multiple generations of labradoodles. Yogi's pedigree goes back 5 generations of selectively bred labradoodles (vs lab & poodle parents, whose offspring vary in size, look, coat, health, etc). They also mixed in some other breeds - some spaniels I think - to achieve a consistent non-shedding coat, trainable/ helpful temperament, non-allergic, intuitive new breed. My breeder got her stock from descendants of the Australians. My last doodle was actually an immigrant from Australia (altho his accent was imperceptible), but now there are a lot more breeders here.

And Zachary or no Zachary (and even Roky Erikson at the Stomp, which is just amazing to me), we're sitting this one out...I shouldn't even be on here because it will be that much harder as fest approaches. Thanks, IB and Blue! Yep, I'm BAACK! And happy to be here; this bored certainly lifts my spirits! Yep, thinkin' about shifting directions and going back to school for some kind of tech degree in the medical field--maybe radiology. Always been interested in the medical field, so now is my chance to go for it.
Have 9 mos. severance pay coming to me, which will help.
Will start a Master Gardener class in a couple of weeks. Something else I've always wanted to do but never had the time. I'll have various volunteer opportunities, like showing kids who've never been exposed to gardening before how to plant a veggie garden. Will be good for the soul, I think.

Hi Monica-
Thanks for the note. I'm glad to be here.
I'm very excited to see Miss Bazzle again this year---she's incredible. Be sure you check out Leah Chase too. She's another New Orleans treasure!!
I'm actually excited to be able to see Steely Dan. That should be fun. I think we also got a whole lot of great locals (Germaine and Leah, Jeremy Davenport, DL Menard, Johnny Sketch, etc).
I guess the thing I've learned about the Fest after all these years is that it's nall good and you just go where the music takes you.
The first time I heard Miss Bazzle, I was heading somewhere else and just happened to hear her voice coming from the Jazz tent. Needless to say, I never made it to whatever it was I had intended to see. That's the beauty of Jazz Fest. There's always something totally unexpected just around the corner!

Wow, page 86. I didn't go back to see how many pages it has been since somebody new posted, but none on this page. I'll give it a try anyway.
I'm, 48. Went to my 1st fest in 1982. I have missed only a few days since the first day. Of course, I live in the area. That helps. Oh, and my wife worked for the fest for a long time. That doesn't hurt. Oh, I shouldn't forget that I was in radio and my station had an RV on the grounds for quite a while. Boy, those were great days.
Seriously, if I wasn't here, I would work as hard as you out of towners, to get here every year, for at least one weekend.
I have college and high school kids who grew up out there. They go a lot, too, and love it. I guess I could say that I grew up out there to some degree, but hell, I haven't grown up.
Anyway, I intend to go everyday and will be in the city from Tuesday of 2nd week, through Monday after. Can't wait.

My name is Greg and I'm a 48 y/o male from Ohio. I'm a married father of two sons (ages 20 and 23). I'm a surgeon to help support my New Orleans habit!! This will be my 15th year at the fest, and I wouldn't miss it for the world. I can't tell you how much I love this city and it's people. It's my favorite place in America. Of course, you all know that don't you---otherwise, you probably wouldn't be here!!
If you're interested, I wrote a blog about last years fest and you can view it at www.myspace.com/doctorgmb. If you check it out, let me know your thoughts.
Looking forward to May. Hope to see ya'll there!
I read your blog Greg and it was wonderful. Brought me right back there again and I had tears down my face by the end. Thanks and welcome :) :)

Hey luv! Welcome back. Bummed that you can't go to fest this year but enjoy your trip in March. Happy Anniversary :)

Can't wait.
Great to meet you, Turbodog. It's always good to have some local wisdom on the bored. :)

Been lurking around for sometime now and it's time to make an appearance. I'm Pete from Massachusetts. This year will be the third trip that my wife and I make for Jazzfest. We were there in '02 and '05 and we're fired up to be bringing some friends with us this time around for the second weekend.

Okay, I'll re-introduce myself.
I'm Philip, 30fifteen, married to Callie, two kids 10 and under, lived in Tampa since '88, Florida native.
Longtime JazzFester, and lifetime supporter of NOLA music. I play bass, write about arts/entertainment for mags and papers, do a little Jazz DJing, and recently landed gainful employment at a university. My heart breaks a little bit more every time I read about population/crime/misery stats in New Orleans. Once upon a time, I seriously considered relocating to NOLA.
Nice meeting some of the Threadheads, for the first time, at last year's Fest. Thinking about getting back this year, but not so sure.

Reading thru these, I don't think I've posted here- I'm Lisa, married to Joe, no kids, live in RI, (so my old bored name here and on petdekat was LisaRI). I work as a computer programmer/ analyst. I love the fest and all things having to do with Louisiana, especially Cajun and zydeco music (listening to KBON right now). but everything else at the fest too. 2007 will be my 10th Jazzfest since 1996. I also like bluegrass, country, and all kinds of music. I play some, but just for fun, - keyboard, accordion, guitar, and bluegrass bass when I get a chance (like if one of the regular bass players in a jam wants to take break! ) see ya at da fest! yeah!

Hi La Ti Da,
have to defend my massachusetts cohorts, although the spelling is your way the pronunciation is our way;)
This from Dictionary.com:
The hard clam has many alternative names in addition to quahog. It is also known as the Northern Quahog, round clam or chowder clam. Furthermore, in fishmarkets there are specialist names for different sizes of hard clam, corresponding to their different sizes. The smallest clams are called littlenecks, next size up are topnecks, above that are the cherrystones and the largest are called quahogs or chowder clams. Of all these names, the most distinctive is Quahog (pronounced "KO-hog", IPA /kohɑɡ/ (never as "kwag", or "kwa-HOG" IPA /kwɑhɑɡ/).

Just now seeing these responses on the Intro Yourself thread.
Ohio, thanks for the update on Papafrog. Glad to hear that he's thriving in NOLA. I guess he's living there full-time now, huh? If/when you see him, tell him to drop me a line.
Welcome back Jazz!
I ran into Papafrog at Mirliton fest last weekend, he hasn't been to this new board yet, but man has he been busy volunteering in Nola lately. He went on for ten minutes about all the things he's doing (doing a lot with the schools), and he's been sitting in now & then as well (w/Vavavoom for ex.).

Hello beautiful people!
For those of you who don't already know me, I am the Tie Dye Guy, nearly a decade of JazzFest attendance for me and up to between 25-30 years for some of my group members. Can not get enough JazzFest and I can never be too prepared to have fun in N.O.
I have no much fun and good vibes about JazzFest that even though I am a hard core libertarian I can even sit down and drink a beer with Poker Chick and we somehow avoid hating each other (though we still jab at each other, it is all in fun).
New lists of places to eat updated from last year as well as an updated 'things to bring' list will be up in the weeks to come when I get the chance. Not for sure yet but I may be coming to the JF from Texas this year from working at Scarborough Faire, if so everyone gets some kind of treat that I will make at the show.
For everyone else, looking forward to seeing all of you again this year. Hoping I can make the thread head patry but not sure of my dates as of yet. Missed chatting with you all this year and glad to be back on the boards. JHP & Amy, hope your year has been good, I see Potter was one of the first to get on the new boards. Tangledupinblue, hope you and that wild man of yours are both going to come down this year as well, I need to party with your group one night. To the lovely Ms. Carolina Bead Head, let me know when the new shirts are out, Starbuck won't make it this year but he also wants one.
I lost my list of names/screen names from last year so I can not place or find for certain in the list the two lovely ladies I kept bumping into last year who gave me the musical note charm at Ingrid's house, I still have and wear the charm, it is now a permenant part of my JF regalia.
Ingrid? Ms Brat? If you are out there, I hope we didn't wreck your back yard too bad last year and that you are planning another soiree this year, if so we will be there, your place was one of our highlights last year.
My daughter is coming for her first fest this year, I will have her sign up on the board in the weeks to come. Looking forward to hearing from and seeing all of you again and meeting the new folks. WHAT A LINE UP!

Hey Veronica & Dawn!
Yes, that was you, I found the list today with my pictures we took at the Southern Comfort stage. Sorry, I knew your name started with a V and I could not come up with it, also thought it was an oyster or crawfish name but could not dig it out of my head.
I am also bummed you think you won't make it this year, perhaps the drive from San Anton to Dallas/Fort W would be in your reach one weekend during Scarborough Faire? If so let me know and I will hook you up with directions and suggestions, maybe a little more. I still do not know for certain if I am doing that show but should find out in the next two weeks. Either way, I hope your fest plans change for the better this year, you'd be missed. I thought you were in CA not TX, now that I know we have to plan a get together for the fall when I am at TRF and staying in Austin.
IBJamN - Hey ya love!, Glad to be back and seeing everyone, looking forward to maybe getting some time to take you up on that fish dinner you offered to cook up if the idea is still on. If so, what kind of wine should I bring? Anything else I can bring to make the evening? =)

Jay,
Never heard of Scarborough Faire. Is there a website I could check out? Sounds interesting, and possible, depending when it is. I'm still working on Dawn to go to this year's JF. We'll see....what weekend are you going. It's a tough choice, as always, but the second weekend looks awesome. Would be tough to miss Bonnie Raitt the first weekend, though, as she is one of our favs.
Definitely let us know about Austin, and we'll make a plan to hook up. What's TRF stand for? Having a brain fart.
Later,

TUIB! Glad to see you M'Lady,
Jude was the madman's name! Could not recall that either but I do not think I was ever told that one out right. I will look into making a reservation there or nearby and see what I can do. The spawn of me is 14 about to turn 15 this summer, she will fit right in, like Father like Daughter, one of the coolest kids I know =). Love hearing from all of you again!

My mix breed dog of 15 years passed last year and I been thinking of getting him a buddy, but he stays occupied outside. Thanks for the warm welcome and if anyone wants a cold, cold beer or other cocktail this weekend, I'll be watching parades on the corner of St. Charles/Jackson. I'll refill your coozie or cup. We'll have a dozen or so including nieces/nephews ages 25,23,22 and 4. Some here might have a daughter interested in my nephew. 23 and an umemployed Harvard grad. He was on their wrestling team (Maryland high school state runner-up) until he got a concussion. Then joined the boxing team. I know, makes loads of sense. But he's 6'1" and solid. The nieces (25 and 22) are a Terp med student and a Gator hottie who both like dancing.

I didn't know what a sugar glider was until a couple weeks ago. My school book fair had stuffed sugar glider toys with a book about them for sale. My granddaughters each got one-the stuffed kind. They live in the rainforests and are similar to flying squirrels in that they have that skin between their front to back legs. Their coloring is beautiful and they are quite cute. They are legal as pets in some states.
Can you please tell me the title and manufacturer of this book and stuffed glider combo? Possibly even the ISBN# on it as well? I have been desperately trying to find this book to purchase it. Thanks!

Big Dag---I have very similar dreams! Usually it's that the professor points me out in class for being late or absent so often and basically tells me in front of everyone that there's no way he'll pass me and therefore I won't be graduating on time. Analyze that one!!

Hi All,
As the title suggests, I'm a JazzFest virgin! I'll be going down to JF w/my brother (mightyradgumbo), and am counting the days till the big event (60 days, at this posting)! Bio: I'm 42, live in Pepperell, MA and work in Pepperell and Groton, MA as a Roman Catholic Priest (hence the "Priestboy" handle...it's a nickname my brother gave me a few years ago1). I've been doing that for almost 12 years, but still haven't lost my sense of fun or humor (believe me, being a priest in Boston these days REQUIRES a sense of humor, as well as outlets such as Jazzfest!). I'm a HUGE Jimmy Buffett fan, and have loved all sorts of jazz for as long as I can remember. When I'm not doing the "church thing", I'm usually hanging out w/my brother, friends or my dog, Oscar (an eight year old min. schnauzer). Well, enough babbling! I'll probably making the trip by myself, leaving from So. Cal. Any tips/advice for a loner?
Thanks!
Where in So Cal you be comin from????
I too fell in love with the city after my first Fest....so much going on...great vibe...

I'm from San Gabriel, about 15 minutes away from Downtown LA. You all? Do you think it'd be intimidating going by myself?

Thanks, tangled and PC, for the kind words (at least I took them as kind ;) ). Had a great time w/Gumbo at Bob's Southern Bistro checking out Charles Neville. Funny thing...as he and the band we're doing a "2nd Line" kind of thing at the end of the show, Charles passed by and our feet got tangled and I almost tripped him!:o In any event, all turned out ok, but I can just see trying to explain to JF'ers how I broke Charles' hip! Have a great Ash Wednesday everyone (and good luck recovering from Mardi Gras!:D

Nooooo. We'll take you in like a family member, lol. I came by myself last year and it is so not intimidating; you meet so many new cool people and make lots of friends so you're not by yourself. Just come to the Threadhead meetups at the fairgrounds. We meet everyday. Also checkout Swagland.com; they have a lot of information for newbies like yourself. Look forward to meeting you, Eric.
How old are you?

So great that you were at Charles last night with your brother. Hoping to hear more about it.
Good thing you and Charles didn't go crashing to the floor.

Welcome to the boreds, socaleric. Go to the meet-ups behind Ms. Lenas beer tent. (Time to be announced after the cubes are set). I went by myself last year and have met a slew of great friends. What part of SoCal are you from?
Sorry, didn't read your follow-up post. I lived in Oceanslide and the other LA for a while.

I'm 25. Never really traveled much, besides a week in Chicago and Boston for school interviews. This sounds like an exciting thing to do, especially before I start my four years of professional school.
Now, time to research and save/budget! Anybody have experience with taking the rail? Roundtrip flights run me about $400-500, but a train roundtrip is only $250-ish. But, the train ride is like 2 days long!!!

Welcome Eric....hope you're able to get here!
And welcome Priestboy....love the name. We all love your sweet brother so it will be nice to meet ya. You'll need to ask lostcajun if he's got an extra hanky you can borrow. When we get too obnoxious, he covers his eyes.

I've taken the long distance trains quite a few times over the last 30 years. If you really, really like camping then the train's OK. On the plus side, some of my fondest memories are of meeting a wide variety of people in the bar car over the years while traveling solo...where it's not unusual to find find a table of say, a couple of bikers playing hearts with a couple of retirees. Over a couple of days it can be a great experience, especially given the view from the observation car. However, sleeping in the reserved section of the train can be uncomfortable for some, the seats are OK , much roomier than any plane or bus for that matter. But if the train is crowded, it's like a giant dorm room often with a crying baby or two. Personally, I graduated long ago to taking a private room on the overnighters, but that adds to the expense considerably.

No worries, amyloves, about getting obnoxious! I can be pretty "obnoxious" when I'm "off duty"! ;)

I play some, but just for fun, - keyboard, accordion, guitar, and bluegrass bass when I get a chance (like if one of the regular bass players in a jam wants to take break! ) see ya at da fest! yeah!
Hey, Lisa. Haven't read this thread for a while -- I've been reading LaTiDa's posts, but didn't know it was you!
