Here's a few photos from my trip and I have to thank the 2fors for making our trip that much more magical. They were the best host and hostess anybody could ask for and our trip would not have been complete without the time we got to spend with them. They ROCKED! And Nanci is an angel. We got to have Thanksgiving Dinner with them . . . notice the food porn. :D

No, I can't wait that long! Did Chicklet turn 9 yet? My boy turns 9 on Thursday & he's already 4ft-6...I'm only 4ft-11. Looks like both of our kids are going to tower over us! LOL

Chicklet turned nine in August. And yes, she will definitely be taller than me! She also looks like she's gonna have the type of figure where she won't have to worry about her weight too much, lucky thing.
I would like to bring Chicklet to fest with me but that's really my only time of year where I get alone Mommy time and I relish my freedom too much when I'm at fest. What would I do with her after fest? I roam all night long, lol. :D I also don't think she would handle the throngs of crowds and the heat and the loudness all day and I'm constantly on the go. Hell, I don't even know where I'm gonna end up half the time, lol.
I love it that you bought him an Elvis suit! Sounds like you've got a future superstar on your hands. :D

Yea, I wanted to do that for chicklet but I figured it would prolly cost an arm and a leg. They get it done at the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique! Isn't that cute? I'm sure it's at least $100, right?
And yes about the 2fers! I've hung out with them at fest and I loved them then but interacting with someone in their own home is different altogether and I love them even more now. And would you believe the kids were so WELL-BEHAVED! lol, magical. It was a great day. :)

We'd like to extend a huge thanks to Monica and her family. It was our pleasure and we were honored that they wanted to join us for dinner! Your family is so nice!
It was a great day. Good food, lots of yummy drinks and great company! Doesn't get any better than that.

I think I'm gonna change my mind and be Belle instead because at least she got to be locked up in a library and got to read all those wonderful books all day.

Speaking of dress up, I'm about to go get dressed up cuz I won a 4-pak of tickets to go see the Rockettes in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular tonight! lol, I am bringing Chicklet and two of her BFFs. Should be a smashing night. :D

Ohhh baby, I got some GOOD ones. I'll post the link when I get em uploaded. We just got back. Had a BLAST. It was AWESOME. Spectacular show and if you didn't have the Christmas spirit before, you did after you left. :D

Yes! It's turning out to be a fine Christmas this year. :p
And that picture doesn't even do justice to how it really went down; it was amazing. They started off in super slow motion and while they were connecting, the guy in back ran to get that big, red pillow and he kept clowning around and moving it and fluffing it while they were falling. It was awesome. They also had fireworks, snow and these cool streamers that fell from the ceiling during the show. Santa flew, too. :p

Thanks, CBH! I kept trying to get a pic of them watching the show because they WERE enthralled but my flash kept giving me away and they would end up looking at me, lol. I wish I could have captured their expressions, though. I recommend this show to any family at Christmas; it was fabulous.

Love those pretty, silver,shimmery ensembles & the toy soldier, domino-thing looked awesome!! I'm sure the girls were practicing thier Rockette kicks after the show. :D

ooh, so cool!!! Love the Rockettes Christmas :) Sam's girlfriend was a Rockette in Detroit...it was amazing to see her up there. It's a helluva show! Good for you all!
