I think it's just Bottle Washer. At any rate, this is a great CD. Yes, I'm biased. Buy it....if you don't like it, let me know and I'll refund your $$ personally.

I look forward to buying/hearing this one. (I'm not so savvy with the download stuff...) It was a blast being there!

Kimbell or Chris-
Will the price go up once the hard copy CD is available? We want to buy some to hand out to people, so the download isn't needed. We can wait until the pressed CDs (do CDs get pressed?) are ready unless the $20 is a pre-realease special.

I think CD's get burned.

I need to get this tonight.

I really doubt the price will go up for the hard copy of the CD. And once it's available on iTunes (probably 2-3 months away), a download will be $9.99.

Got Glen's CD today and listened to the whole thing and enjoyed it thoroughly. It is obvious that he had a blast doing this and his joy comes across and enhances everyone's performance. I especially enjoyed the last track, entitled "family" in which he talks about the people that are in his life. I do not know how anyone could listen to this recording and not feel better afterwards. I wish I could have arrived at the church while it was being recorded, but his joy has been captured, thanks to THR!!

Got Glen's CD in the mail yesterday - listened to most of it on the way to work.. Gave me the feeling of being in the Gospel Tent even thogh it's 20 degrees out and going to snow six inches tonight. I highly recommend it to anyone who did not order it yet!!!

Yes - received mine too. Looks great! (I've been listening to the download for awhile, but just love seeing the disc and reading liner notes)

I picked up a copy at LMF this weekend - excellent stuff! Another one for Threadhead Records to be proud of!

I got mine last night in the mail and listened to it while painting in the basement. I concur. A rambunctious spirited journey through the New Orleans gospel tradition. Sure wish I could have been there. I missed it by three days.

Got mine yesterday too.

Listening to it reminded me of a Matt Perrine quote (from a nola.com interview I think) about how when you play in a NOLA brass band it is like you are playing with every brass band that ever played the fair city. A spiritual presence of musical ancestors.... I feel that in this recording - in this case both gospel and brass - which I think could only happen live.
