Don't tell me what happens - I'm recording it. Actually, two consecutive hours of 24 is about as much excitement as my stomach can understand. I think the regular season opens in January with TWO two-hour episodes, which will probably take me four nights to watch.
I find it amusing to consider that the ultra-conservative exec producer of 24, Joel Surnow, may have helped pave the way for Obama's victory by helping people get comfortable with the idea of a black president (along with the idea of the importance of torture, of course). And now he's showing a woman president, possibly paving the way for you-know-who.

what is really scary about this show....the events of 9/11 and others about that time....the show had the story line, it was already filmed....real life was mirroring this show..And, I don't mean in a "copycat" type of way..... but very strange.
I love the actress who is playing the president....Cherry Jones...she has such a great voice. And Jon Voight as the villain...HOW COOL!
