She was born Sept 24th and weighed a mighty 6 lbs 1 oz. Her full name is Harper Victoria Ann.

The name Harper is from Harper Lee, author of To Kill a Mockingbird.

I told my son that I'd be ready for another one in a couple of years, now that Abbie is 1... by the time she's 3 or 4, of course, if I go at that rate, my youngest daughter would be about 36 by the time I expected her to produce my third grand! I must admit though, I am thoroughly happy with the one and only right now. :)

Congratulations Kathie and Greg! She is absolutely lovely! As pretty as her Grandma (Mamaw, Nana) and I bet just as much fun! Is this the first? I can attest, you never love quite as hard or as deeply as with grandkids. I have 4 (as everybody knows) , and they are my sunshine! Arran, the oldest at 14,went to his first festival 2 weeks ago with me. What a blast! I do envy you, having a new one, it's so much fun to watch them grow and develop.
