Hi Everybody-------after reading the boards for years, I finally decided to post a question. Does anybody have any info on what day ZZ Top will play? I plan on being there everyday so it really doesn't matter, but ABB and ZZ Top on the same day would be one helluva day!

TRAGIC, TRAGIC NEWS!!!---------Steely Dan vs. ZZTop. What nightmare!

I just find it really hard to believe that the first three acts listed for second weekend would ALL be scheduled to perform on Sunday. They've already said Harry Connick Jr. is closing out the fest at Acura. And if Steely Dan and ZZ Top are also on Sunday, WTF? Maybe ZZ before Steely Dan at the Gentilly Stage? Like some others, I was sure thinking an Allman Brothers/ZZ Top line up at one stage on Saturday would be some pretty fine Southern Cookin'.

The wait for the cubes is going to be particuarly intense this year. Maybe since the whole lineup came out earlier than usual, the same will hold true for the cubes. Or maybe that is just wishful thinking...

Gawd, I hope you're right, NOLA! How about Steely Dan and then Harry on Acura and Allman Bros and ZZTop at the other? That would better, I think. Course, I'll be at the SD/Harry stage, lol. I've seen ABB and ZZ already.

It can't be... All those acts can't be scheduled for the 2nd Sunday...

We all recognize the always present "just too many places where I want to be" thing that gave birth to that FOMS thing BUT this year looks like there will be a high level foms alert out for each and every hour of each and every day... That said,.. it's never been easy,... never... We're tough,.. we will make it.....

Take a good look at the first weekend,.. and notice how far down the list Mem Shannon and Theresa Anderson are....

I mean c'mon,.. talk about an embarrassment of riches....
