They never make a big deal of the event,.. amazin' how little they do in the way of advertisin'... Keep an eye on their website,.. or give em' a call...
As for the schedule.,.. they have two stages,.. one solo and one with an all-star cast of band members backin' up the following... Most every year you can expect: Dr. John, Marcia Ball, John Gros, John Cleary, Joe Krown, Eddie Bo, Tom McDermott, Joshua Paxton, and always David Torkanowsky... and then there always many others, I would guess Henry Butler and Judith Owen (a "pretty" cool chick) are near locks this year,.. maybe even Billy Joel if he is in town to see his daughter play the fest..... bottom line,..it's just one great act after another,.. plan on at least 5-6 hrs,.. more if you can handle it.... I promise you that you will be one very happy mama....
The date is always the Monday night following the first weekend......

There is always a seperate solo stage,.. much more intimate.... Don't even think of talkin'... I can usually handle only about 15 minutes (managed a whole set of Cleary one year) of that and then it's somewhere near the first few rows of the rockin' stage for the next 6 hours.....

Thanks for all the info. It sounds like a great night not to be missed. Do you realllly think Billy Joel might make an appearance?

I went last year for the second time. It's a blast. Get there early if you want to sit down. There is a mad rush for the best viewing spots from the balcony, when they open the door. If I were to go again,I would have a snack to tide me over until they serve the food. I know last year, I was overly hungry by the time they served it.
