Some of you may recall that I was all set for JF2006, but I couldn't go because I was killed in a car wreck. Prayer, love, and awesome medical talent brought me back to this side, though. It was a long recovery, but I got my medical release January 15, and I'm back in the game.
I've got my transportation and lodging set for JF2007, but I have a question for the Forum. Big Chief tickets: Are they worth the price for someone who won't need parking?

Glad to see you back, Lester!
I'll someone who has experienced it reply about the Big Chief thing. However, the consensus on the board is it's not worth it.

The general consensus is no, however, this might be different if you have some continuing medical problems. As one who falls into that category, I have learned when to go to the grandstand, the misting tent, to the shade, or to a chair somewhere. If you are concerned about being in the middle of the crowds, reaching the restroom in time, having shade while you watch a performance, etc. you might be a candidate. There would be some advantage to knowing that you'll have a place to sit and can get in and out when you need to.
