There you go! You're welcome :)

If anybody wants the Funky Meters show from the same night, email me and we'll work out some kind of tree. I've already got a lot of B&Ps going and I don't want to bury myself in more, but maybe I can send a copy to one of the folks on this board and they can reoffer it.

Is it Jazz Fest 2009 yet? ;)

I really wish there was a soundboard of this show. I did see on the funky meters site where George Porter said that Derek was under Sony Music who had given him a really good deal so they were being careful on what was being released, etc. He also noted the show could be released by them (sony) at some point down the line.

I downloaded that show last night. I just wished it sounded a little better because at the time, I thought it sounded great.

Fun night!

bwahahaha!
but yyr, it did sound better in person, I think the taper wasn't centered or something. Maybe he raised levels to compensate, but some of the power strokes on slide are pretty distorted. Still, very happy to have it! :)

oh no doubt.

The My Favorite Things and Standback > The Weight are gold, even if the sound is muddy. I can't comment on the rest because that's all I've heard to this point.

I will keep my finger though. :D

definitely! Get Out of My Life and Any Day are sweet as hell too!. Any Day is the exact same arrangement as Crossroads II- the highlight of that fest for me (well, except for Jeff Beck playing McLaughlin's Eternity's Breath).

Hey McGregor- shoot me an email via the link below....
