The Radiators (and several other bands) played for free in Birmingham on saturday as part of an annual festival put on to support the Humane Society. Thought I'd share a few photos.

Well. That didn't seem to work. I'll see if I can get the photos up another way....

It would have been nice to have known about this last week.

Did you see Anders too?

I did see some of anders as well. He was actually playing in a different park down the street. I spent most of my time in the park where The Radiators played.

Sorry I didn't mention it last week. I actually had no idea the Rads were playing until Friday. They do this fest every year, called Doo Dah Day, but did very little advertising of the musical acts. I just checked out the website on Friday and saw they were playing. A nice surprise for sure...

It's a pretty cool little fest for certain. We considered coming up but my bum knee made me think better of it.

Better bands this year than the last few for certain.

How about City Stages this year?
Nice lineup. I sure wish I could make it.
