Just filled my gas tank and it cost $54.00
My wife went to the grocery store for a few things and spent $120.00
Our favorite restaurants have signs up apologizing for the price increases!

What does the government expect us to use the money for? I have read they don't want us to use it to pay off bills?
Well, most of my money if not all is going toward the higher cost of living.

Yes it definitely helped a little, I should be able to pay off my Jazzfest credit card debt...Oh boy!

To to all the small business people out there, good luck! Its starting to get a little scary....

I hear ya. I spent my stiumlus check over Jazzfest, and I didn't even have it yet. I shudder to think what next month's bills are going to look like.

And I want to book a room for the tomato/seafood/zydeco fest in June, and for Satchmo in August, but I'm waiting to fully comprehend the damage...

In Chicago, you can now legally use your stimulus check on engorged duck livers:

Oh, Rosie...I actually got the pudding FROM him. Then we went on a 72 hour bender in Vegas. At one point Bill was actually reciting his "I want chocolate cake" routine from his stand-up days while peeing into the fountains at the Bellagio. I was laughing so hard I didn't see the police come up and arrest him. He started hollaring about Mushmouth being the true star of the Fat Albert show as they were taking him away. I snuck off undetected with my stash of pudding and booze until I stumbled upon Richard Dean Anderson (from the MacGyver television show) with three midget hookers and a dwarf horse wearing a dreadlock wig (the horse, not the hookers). R.D.A. took one look at my bag of pudding and said "I think we all know what to do with that." The next thing I know I woke up naked, sore and sticky on a parkbench in a sketchy part of town. The rest of my stimulus check money was apparently gone and fueling the sordid desires of yet another former star type-cast by his signature role, out of work and self-medicating.

Thank you, Mr. President. I hope this was what you had in mind when you decided to send cash to the masses to stimulate the economy.

Have you ever heard of a disguise? People involved in what that group was involved in try not to draw attention to themselves.

Here's the thing....whatever consenting adults want to do in Vegas, is fair game ( it's Vegas!). The Pudding & and all that stuff...fine WHATEVER FLOATS YOUR BOAT...(that's what I always say :) ). Truth be told...I didn't get a real good look, but it may have been a normal sized person in a dwarf horse costume. From what I have been able to look up on the internets real dwarf horses neither speak with a Jamaican accent nor can they walk on their hind legs for an extended period of time while ingesting psychadelics. The dreadlocks may have been the actual hair of the person inside the costume...I don't know. It's all a bit blurry...I was a bit star-struck (R.D.A. was huge in the 80's when I grew up) and it was as if there was a miniature Cirque du Soleil going on all around me...very disorienting. It was exactly like my freshman year in college (except without the firetrucks and candlewax on the nipples) so I can't say with much confidence that I will not become involved with a scenario again...this is not this cowboy's first trip to the rodeo. However, in the future, should authentic livestock of any kind be involved, your advice will be heeded, I assure you. I respect your stance.
