While I wasn't as enthralled as some by his Jfest appearance, he still gets appreciation on his bday.

you mean wasn't? i will say that is performance translated much better in madison square garden than it did at fest. but that could have been due to the lame crowd around us at thet time and the rain. but i digress....

happy happy birthday stevie! i loved it. i'm not very critical though, that might have been the one and only time that i'll ever see him, and sharing that with my sister was priceless. i've been singing his songs ever since i got home.

Yes, "wasn't", thanks I edited it. Part of it was sound, he was hard to hear where we were.

there was lots of chatter where we were, but we tried to stay focused. the rain made it fun, though.
