I got home from work yesterday evening and I was laying on the couch watching a little tv and the phone rang. It was my good friends that I brought to Jazz Fest last (it was there 1st time), they wanted to know the dates of the Fest so they can request off. I immediately got CHILLS down the spine!! They are now Festers for life!!

For 16 years now, my best friend has dog/house sat for me while I've enjoy Fest. I [finally talked her into going this year. YAY! Dawn has been to NOLA before (for my birthday) but never to JF. I can tell that she is getting more stoked everytime we talk about it. I'm sooooo happy that my soul sista and I get to experience JF together this year.

yeah, she saw me on Andy's myspace and linked up through there. She saw I was a friend of yours. I loved the fact that she just messaged me out of the blue :)

Nope, Joe is coming this year. This will be his 5th Fest. I'm sure he'll be on the board soon. He posted a few times last year.

The only virgin I've ever brought along who became a lifer is Jeff :)
Lot of my other fest friends were already festing separately and we just meet up, so that's cool :)
