My friend, Jennifer, brings one in every day. I've seen dozens on the fairgrounds as well. I'll aske her during the week and post reply if the part of my brain that is still functioning can remember to do it.

My husband brings one every day. Sometimes it's full of water and sometimes it's full of somethin else. No problems at all.

The pack itself is allowed. If it's filled, your results may vary. One time, I was told I had to pour out my ice water.

Now, I bring it filled with ice (which is allowed), and after I get inside, I fill it at the water fountain in the Grandstand.
