Daze Between Tips Etc

Does anyone have ideas for daytime activities, M,T,W I am a bit hamstrung because I have no vehicle licence so can not hire a car and go touring around.
I have done the swamp tour before and also went to Oak Alley last year,both which I enjoyed even beeing a cynical Aussie,allthough everyone thought I was a crocidile expert on the boat.
Any other half day tours worth doing or am I better off exploring around town?

Gards, some of the best things you can do on the Daze between are inexpensive or free. There's music all day long at Louisiana Music Factory, and that's a great hang out. Take the St. Charles Street car out to Audabon Park/Zoo, or take the ferry over to Algiers...

Gards - there are also volunteer opportunities in the daze between. There's a thread about 7 or 8 pages deep named FestAid 2008 with details or you can go to festaid.com. I've had a wonderful time the last two years - it feels good giving back to the city that gives me so much. Getting to know fellow t-heads a bit better is an added bennie!
