Profile pic - How do you do it?!

With our 1st TH meetup less than a week away me and Nolarolla wanted to get our profile pics up so all y'all might recognize us. Guess we're big stupes cause we can't figure it out. Can anyone help out?

Here are the steps....
1) You get someone on here to tell you precisely how to create your avatar.
2) You locate the picture you think will work best.
3) You attempt to get it to the right size so it will work without making you look bloated.
4) You have a drink.
5) You try again.
6) You have another drink.
7) You post on here that you're an idiot.
8) You make another fruitless attempt.
9) You soon notice a post from Carolinabeadhead wherein she has perfectly sized several different options for you to choose from.
10) You choose one and just give her your damn password so she can handle the rest.
