Jazz Fest producer Quint Davis tells Channel 4's Jill Hezeau about changes to the festival, including adding new air-conditioned women-only restrooms.
Apparently they're in Heritage Square & all around the track. Sorry guys.

There was still a line for the ladies when I passed by at 4...There also is a men's side :)
