Blues Guitarist wanted - Philly area

I figured I might as well post this here. James Day & The Fish Fry (www.jameswday.com) are looking for a guitar player. The band has a bit of a NOLA vibe going on (James Day was born on the Gulf Coast) with some jump blues. One of their gigs this summer is Camp Jam in the Pines and they are on the bill with Steve Riley & The Mamou Playboys.


Standing in Need of:
One Blues guitarist who speaks the language is wanted by June 1st. for a working PT project with 24-30 GOOD gigs a year.
Here's the thing, if you can swing then you can have Fun, Fun, Fun playing with some real deal musicians.

I'm sure Jimmy knows him and has asked. He sent me this email and I thought it wouldn't hurt to post it here, too, because you just never know who might peek in here.

Up here, the guys move around between bands, move away, get girlfriends who want them to stop playing, etc.

No different here. Lately lots of the guys here have been getting work playing the casinos and staying home. Good money and you get to go home at night. You never know who might be interested, so good idea.
