Personally, the back to back finale of Santana and the Nevilles is the icing on the cake for me. I'd figured I would have to choose between 'em. Can't imagine what kind of shape I'll be in by the end of THAT day....

I agree. Santana and Nevilles..............great way to send us off for the close. We were in front of the Acura Stage last year when the big rain hit........we lost my cell phone and a camera (to water damage not theft). The odd thing is I had my phone clipped to my side....now that's some rain my friends!!!!! I had an umbrella but as you know if you were there that Saturday, they were of NO value...upside down....ha!!!

You can give SS credit, but the phrase is older than she is. It comes from the song, "Shake, Rattle, and Roll."

Sorry guys...........I truly know how serious that is......however, you have to understand that we have been praying for the stuff up here in the mid-Atlantic states now for about 6 months......and it's very serious for us. Our region is in bad shape...serious conservation mode actually. We still shed tears for NO area, trust me.

i did not place it. but i'll still credit to SS. i don't think it will make a difference in anyone's royalty check.

Jesse Stone wrote it under the name Charles Calhoun in 1954. He died in 1999, and the tune probably slipped into public domain before the copyright law changed. So, I guess it probably won't make a difference in anyone's royalty check.

Thank you, nashvegas! But I can't take the credit. Been listening to a lot of Big Joe Turner these days!
Glad you like it, though. :)
