Hey all,
I don't usually support large chain retailers - but here I find an exception on two fronts. one, Barnes and Noble has pledged a significant capital donation to the Gentilly area for recovery - so they have moved up the ladder of chain retailers in my mind. Second, the discount they are offering is related to music - it is for 40% off all CDs.... in stores only...using a coupon. (a link to which is below).
Happy shopping y'all. But do save some of your money for Louisiana Music Factory (210 Decatur), Jim Russell Rare Records (magazine), Beckham's Book Shop (for classical - 228 Decatur), Rock and Roll Collectibles (1214 Decatur) and all of those other local merchants that escape my mind at the moment.....
