Caught the Eagles "Road to Eden" concert last night in London. They performed at the O2 dome. While I am not a great lover of stadiums (20,000 seater) it is usually the onle chance you get to see touring bands in the UK.
However despite the size of the gig the Eagles were fantastic with a really great tight sound you would associate with them. The played for around 3hours with a mixture of their new stuff, which I like very much, and most of their older more well known songs. Well enjoyed by me, Mrs. BD and junior BD ( who at 13 has a really dreat appreciation of good music).
Hoping to catch Jon Cleary at the 100 club in London on the 6th which will the the last live music before Festival International the Jazz Fest. Whooo to the Hoo!!
