first, you will need a car if you plan to do more than go to & from the festival. you could cab, but it will add up $$. its possible to take the public bus to festival, but it will take it will involve patience and a good deal of walking.
the rate is 49 per night + taxes, BUT you must book for 7 nights or more. one queen bed, full fridge kitchenette, free internet access. non-smoking, 1st floor requested. this is a budget hotel. not fancy, but doable.
i have a reservation that is transferable (someone else had their reservation successfully transferred for the same place, and the dates altered). currently booked April 24 - May 5, but you can change this as long as you keep 7 nights. the rate will double, or more, if you book less. the person who was going to use this room has made other arrangements. i dont want to hold a reservation i do not need, but once i cancel, this early bird rate will not be available to anyone.
