I personally don't believe there is one. But I know I am not alone in wondering what did happen- was there a glitch? Is there a member of the inner circle, or a techie that could explain it to the rest of us? Thanks.
I think all of us are just trying to understand what happened, and I think an explanation would be welcomed by all. Thank you.
Now I have to go drown my sorrows............

yup, more people wanted olives than the number of olives available.

Some of you are acting like you just missed the second coming of Christ. I know some of the folks who run this event and they are pretty stand up people. My suggestion to the organizers for next year is to tone down the pre-sale hoopla. A lot of people read these forums. Like Ohio said, it is a simple supply and demand issue. I have never attended nor do I feel like I am missing out. I know Treadheads like to have a good time. Me thinks there are some hurt feelings and I can understand that. If you got a ticket, I am sure you will have a ball. Didnt get one? Then get over it and manage to find something interesting to do in New Orleans (a tough one for sure). There already are about 6 threads on this board regarding the subject. enough already.

Thing is, I don't recall seeing any thread about the party started by the organizers. Hoopla was started by others. The raffle is basically a separate deal, associated with the patry in a way but not exclusive in any way.
Know whey?

Thanks folks! It is, unfortunately, simply supply & demand. I'm realy sad & sorry that everyone can't go. But they can't. Crossroads II sold out in 10 minutes

Don't be sorry or sad Bry, ya'll should be proud that you built up something that sold out in an amazingly short time! It is an indication of your dedication, talent, and success. Hopefully the raffle will get the same kind of success and a LARGE donation can be made to NOMC and SIV!

Yes it did, and I had to get my tickets from a guy in Texas, and I live 10 minutes from that venue.

Also, I look forward to my second Patry. Luck of the draw.
