Weather was great. Food was carnival vs. JF. Talked with Christoppher Porche' West of NOLA. http://www.porche-west.com/index2.html if you go today make sure you see his photo assembles. very cool. He is across from the Teco Stage, North end of Franklin St.
They had a good blues band playing in the late afternoon. Also the kids art was great.

Used to do that show.....it has a very nice caliber of artist there. A lot of museum/gallery quality stuff. The prize money is very good, so some big art comes out!

Christoppher Porche' West who will be at Jazz Fest 1st weekend is making a donation to the raffle. He will have an assemblage with a Marti Gras Indian theme that he is fired up about. Gave him the WWOZ Indian show.
