Can't you get a pork sandwich at a BBQ place back home in Carolina? There's nowhere with gumbo like Prejean's, outside Louisiana.

True... but it's still my favorite thing to look forward to eating out on the grounds. I'm a bigger fan of roasted pork than gumbo. (Sacriledge, I know, but I'm a Carolinian... what can I say. LOL)
Then there's the meat pies....

Well, if you really want to be decadent, you get the Cochon, and you dip it into the PQA. It's sort of the ultimate Pig au Jus!:cool:
I've heard of folks putting the stuffed mushrooms into the gumbo (same booth), but dipping the pig is an intriguing idea.

Did anyone else get the Smoked Duck and Andouille Gumbo at Colton? Sweet Jesus, that was fantastic!
