Just buried a six pack of Ambers and a six of Turbo's in the snow by the back door to get it icy cold for later. Cooked up some Spicy Black Bean Tortilla soup and it's simmering on the stove. Who else is planning some Oscar partying today? (Wish I knew how to upload a photo to here, those beers look pretty peeping out of the snow.........)

Yummmmmm....you got my attention! Course, if I had to bury my Abita outside right now, it was just be covered in dirt and become too warm for dinkin'.
Got a pot roast (with porter beer sauce) in the crock pot since 8 this morning, making bourbon creamed corn in a short bit, and will have a few folks over tonight.
Don't you wish we could upload and email food samples to each other? :p

go to photobucket - it's free. if you have the photo on your computer hard drive - just upload it to your 'album' and then copy and paste the last link it provides to you into a post on this board....
love Abita....mmm.....

it's beautiful.....
but you can shrink it to a smaller size - like 480 x 640 - with the resize.
you did well for a first try !!!!! It took me FOREVER to get this when I did it the first time.
BTW - color me envious since you have the jockimo - that was yummy when I had it last month. My provider only gets the amber and the turbodog...not that I'm complaining.

When you go to Photobucket, click the "Direct Link" link:

Then on this site, click the yellow box and do a right click/Paste in the box that opens:

It's amazing because I can RARELY find any Abita in NY. One local distributor had 2 six packs of the JacueImo so I picked them up. They're great.

my grocery store - a shop rite - carries Abita too - but they get cleaned out quickly. They actually had the Pecan Ale in the fall - we bought every bottle they had, on the spot. LOL.

Pot roast here too, but with a zinfindel reduction gravy, garlic smashed potatoes and fresh carrots/peas and 6 dozen chocolate chip cookies (most of the cookies are going in the freezer). :)
