New Orleans allows open containers and alcohol consumption in the street. (No glass containers, please).

Yeah, this one's killing me too.
But Vegas has open containers too and the cubes are unique to NOLA (okay, that's not true, Vegoose has cubes). Had to pick one!

ummmm, can I take my vote back? I just realized that this was open containers on the street and not just bringing drinks into fest. OOPS! I vote for open containers.
