Sorry to stray so far from JF-related material, but those of you who live in NO should check this out.
The NOPD has issued an extremely detailed traffic plan for the NBA All-Star weekend. If you're planning to be in the CBD-FQ area at all this weekend, you might want to have a look at it.
It's very long--when I printed the email, it was 16 pages! I have never seen this city issue a plan like this.
