Hey all locals, I'm seeing some listings for condos on Clearview near I-10 for as low as $75,000. Any thoughts. I've stayed with a friend out that way and it seems OK. Typical off interstate kind of fast food, apartments, and industrial buildings. As much as I'd love a Creole Cottage or the like, I think we may have to start with something that doesn't tie up much cash flow. Especially with the improvements we want to make on our house. But, for that price, we can cover the payment with the savings from refinancing our current mortgage.
