Can we get this "sticky" or more prominent??? This is going to get buried in the next couple of weeks, and instead of having to remember to give it a friendly bump....
Festy Dave, are you out there????

DT, I thought I read you have Festy's email to write and ask him to sticky things. I agree this would be a good sticky. Chris Joseph can contact Festy too but haven't seen him around lately . . .

Threadheads.org is a blast! Well done, Bry.
Nice job. Minor suggestion - links to other notable music related charities might be nice (i.e. Tipitina's Foundation, MusicCares, etc.) Also, is there a need for a sponsor to offset any expenses? LMF comes to mind as a possibility. Just my $0.02.

Wonderful job to everyone involved. When I tell people of this group they are truly amazed at not only our love for all things fest and NOLA but our tightness as a group. I am somewhat amazed at it myself sometimes, as I realized the other day that I have been posting for a only a little over a year and have made many fast friendships.

There will definitely be more details coming about Ms Lena's Brigade. It will most likely work just like last year. Each fest day will be broken up into 2 4-hour shifts - 10a-2p and 2p-6p - and you can volunteer for as many shifts as you want.
As soon as the details are confirmed by Ms Lena (via their meetings with the fest people), we will post the info and the means to sign up on the threadheads.org site.

Very Nice Bry! :) I'm impressed!
Thanks everybody! It really was a group effort. a group that includes all threadheads. Quite an amazing community of good peoples! Without y'all, there would be no site.
A few changes coming: more links to be added as we contact Tip's Foundation and others to see about a link exchange, and the wonderful folks at Swagland have decided to pick up the tab for hosting the site!

Chris...aren't you and Festy the only two who have the power to add a pin and take it away?

yyr...it says sticky on the left, but displays a pushpin on the right. Three disappeared two days ago. Personally, I though 5 sticky threads was a little too many...made for a lot more paging.
