Anyone know the current status of Dixie Beer?

The brewery on Tulane Ave. is closed, but I've heard that a small brewery on the northshore is producing Dixie (from the original recipe) with the blessing of (or in partnership with) the owners of the Dixie name...

Heiner Brau Brewery in Covington is currently brewing Dixie and Blackened Voodoo, paying a royalty to the owner of Dixie. The Owner hopes to some day rebuilt the plant and resume production himself. The only difference now is that it is being fermented in glass lined tanks, unlike the cypress tanks of the original brewery. It is supposedly available at Dorignac's grocery and has been seen at Acme.
