There will be a ceremony to mark the deflowering of the virgins at CFF. It will be complete with a secret induction and jello shots. I am sure we can do something similar at the Jfest, but it is just tougher to get everyone together, and the jello shots melt. The camping at CFF is perfect for it.

Speaking of c c c c cammmmping.... I don't understand the reluctance. Granted I camp a lot, but I also wonder if maybe you have a wrong impression. If you have a nice tent, you have plenty of room. The Thead Village has plenty of room so you are not on top of each other. If you get an air mattres, and nice sheets you can be as comfortable as at home. Your car is right next to you, so you are not carrying anything anywhere. About the only inconvenience is that you have a short walk to the shower. But it is nice and clean and uncrowded. The bonus is that you are right there, at the fest, amongst all of your friends. And you don't have to drive anywhere. It is a great feeling to arrive and set up and know that you don't have drive, wait in line or do anything even remotely considered a hassle for 2-3 days.

mama, I am going solo to CFF. :( I'm going to have a booth, selling my work, so it will be kinda like a business trip. Camping would be cool, but I need to get some quality sleep to be able to be on my feet all day and sell. ;) If I was just going for the whole experience, I would be camping with y'al!!!

Ditto on the evil c word. I used to do a lot of canoing but refused to do overnight trips unless we paddled to a motel.

Voodoo Fest virgins this year. We're thinking about FQ Fest in April.
