Thanks gang! This was a bittersweet birthday this year.
But if there were no blues in life, there'd be a whole lot of musicians outta work.
Like most of you know, I'm the only caregiver to my Mom and we've had a pretty rocky road since 2004. Yesterday, she was in the hospital again, and we (she) finally admitted that she can't live on her own anymore.
So with a new year, a new chapter begins. Keep the positive energy coming if you would as I sure could use it. And if all goes well, I may even make a "live" appearance again somewhere.
