I would like to add some love to the Bored tonight for the beautiful and strong Amyloves, her wonderful spouse Jimmy (who can drive anything anywhere), her most excellent son Connor (who gave above and beyond the call of duty to help some weird woman he doesn't know), the wise and supportive NOLA Frank and the crazy/funny Matty B. . . . for helping me move my crap into my new cozy cottage in the Bywater this past Saturday!!!
Y'all are the best and I appreciate you so very much! :)

Don't you know it! I was so afraid that it would be like that episode of Seinfeld where Keith Hernandez asks Jerry to help him move and Jerry feels that he just doesn't know Hernandez well enough to do so
When it's your turn to move in down here, Bro Gumbo - don't worry, I'll be there for you . . . :)

Those are the best friends indeed! This was a trivia question today on our morning radio show. The questions was "When doing this, you will find out who your best and loyal friends are". As a side note moving is the most dreaded task by adults.
Way to go..You got help Zyde cause you are a friend first.!!!

That is SO true, Miss Belle! One does find out who one's true friends are when it comes to heavy lifting and schlepping . . .
Well, I hope that I am a good friend to folks - I do try to be. Thanks for the sweet words and thoughts! :)

Yeah....supervising and taking calls.....:p
Thanks for the shout-out Kitten.....not necessary of course and we were glad to help. Your friend Matt was the entertainment and the Abita was good for my hangover! Plus Jimmy even got his butt back in his easy chair in time to see the Tiger game. Wooohooo!
